New M-Vector Study for the “Ayu Grand” Shopping Center
M-Vector is launching a new project for the “Ayu Grand” shopping center in Bishkek!
We will examine how visitor traffic is distributed within the shopping center and which areas are in highest demand. Based on the data we collect, we will develop tools to help establish well-founded rental rates for different retail spaces.
This interesting project is an example of how market research helps solve very specific challenges in commercial real estate.
