M-Vector team at the international HR Forum in Almaty
M-Vector team took part in the international HR Forum "HR at the crossroads of eras", which was held on December 5-6 in Almaty. This is the annual and largest forum about HR and business in Central Asia.
Speakers were HR directors of large companies of Kazakhstan and invited international experts, who shared the latest, effective tools in human resource management and talked about their successful cases in the field of HR.
The event was attended by employees of M-Vector Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
The forum participants received a lot of useful information, namely:
- Trends in HR and team management
- Chips and secrets of market tops, how to hire, engage, and retain staff.
- Technologies, tools for working with personnel and business development, and much more.
The Forum is a platform for learning, sharing experiences, building new communications, and getting answers to the most pressing questions in the field of business management. This year's event was attended by more than 500 participants from around the world.
