M-Vector Tajikistan staff took part in a seminar on corporate governance for small and medium-sized businesses
The meeting was organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Tajikistan AmCham Tajikistan with the support of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) for AmCham members.
The seminar was aimed to raise awareness of international standards and best practices of corporate governance. During the training, participants discussed such issues as the importance of corporate governance for small and medium-sized businesses, management methods, and decision-making processes.
In addition, participants could diagnose their company with the help of the Self-Diagnostic Tool in Management for Small and Medium Enterprises.
