The project "Economic, social, legal and M & E for sustainable impact" was completed from the Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia-Tajikistan (EFCA-Tajikistan).
The project was supported by the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (ELMARL) and with the financial support of the World Bank.
The research and consulting company M-Vector Tajikistan in this project evaluated the economic impact of the ELMARL subprojects and its beneficiaries in order to identify gaps in knowledge that could further contribute to the sustainability of ELMARL efforts.
Within the framework of the study, more than 700 interviews were conducted with representatives of target groups on several areas of agricultural culture and rural activities.
Based on the evaluation report, M-Vector developed and printed 500 copies of the practical manual for dissemination among the beneficiaries of the project. The manual contains instructions and recommendations for doing business, overcoming difficulties and barriers at the beginning of entrepreneurial activities in rural areas.
Details of the rules, procedures, opportunities and other necessary assistance from financial institutions, state support funds and other sources of financing, as well as all the main stages of business planning at the rural level.
