M-Vector employees regularly learn and develop new skills. For this purpose in the company:

  • Mentoring system is applied. During the probationary period, a more experienced employee is assigned to a young specialist, who manages and helps him to realize the tasks.
  • A corporate university operates and provides internal trainings for employees. Trainings are based on the tasks of employees and allow them to develop the necessary skills. During the trainings, in addition to small lectures accompanied by colorful slides, employees analyze cases very similar to those that they may have at work, as well as play educational games that allow them to memorize and freely use new terms.

  • The company’s library is regularly updated with new business literature of top authors related to our field.

  • Employees attend trainings and courses of external (including foreign) trainers.
